How long will my order take?
Domestic orders within Australia have a delivery period of 4 to 6 business days.

For international shipments, a delivery period of 6 to 30 business days is expected.

We also offer express shipping for an extra fee.
Do you use other postal services?
We only work with Australia Post. we offer standard shipping for $8.75 for orders under $55, with free shipping for orders over $55.
For international orders, we offer free shipping for orders over $90.
Express shipping is available for an additional fee that will be calculated at checkout.
Can I return my face mask if it doesn't fit?
No, unfortunately, we don't do any types of returns or exchanges due to hygiene and health policies.
How much does the earrings weight?
Our handmade earrings might look heavy but don't feel as heavy as they look.

Can I wash my face mask in the washing machine?
We do not recommend it, face mask should be hand wash​ with:

1. Put your mask in a container with water (hot or cold)
2. add a little laundry detergent (rinse and squeeze)
3. change and put clean water in your container (rinse)
4. Dry your mask with a clean towel
5. PUT YOUR MASK TO AIR DRY DO NOT USE A DRYER OR WASHER.

Is our clients responsibility to take care of their garments, we do not take responsibility if your garments shrink or get damage.
Can I wash my bags/tees in the washing machine or dry cleaning?
Yes, you can wash your tote bags, clutches and tees in the washing machine ( delicate option on your washing machine) or preferably wash by hand.
